การอนุญาตให้ลูกค้าได้โต้ตอบกับแอปพลิเคชันคอมพิวเตอร์ในลักษณะของการสนทนาโดยใช้ข้อความ, กราฟิก หรือคำพูด ที่สามารถรับรู้ได้โดยการใช้บอท ซึ่งอาจจะเป็นการถาม-ตอบง่าย ๆ หรือ เป็นบอทที่ซับซ้อนที่ช่วยให้ผู้คนสามารถโต้ตอบกับบริการในทางที่ฉลาดมากขึ้นโดยใช้เทคนิคต่าง ๆ เช่น pattern matching (การจับคู่รูปแบบ), state tracking (การตามติดสถานะ) และ artificial intelligence (ปัญญาประดิษฐ์) ที่สามารถนำมาปรับใช้ได้เป็นอย่างดีกับบริการธุรกิจที่มีอยู่ มาเรียนรู้วิธีการสร้างแชทบอท และเพิ่มความฉลาดให้แก่บอทโดยนำ QnA Maker และ LUIS มาปรับใช้
